Jariah R. Walker

Additionally, Jariah has a BSBA in Marketing Management and an ASBA in Marketing and Sales.
Many of Jariah’s clients appreciate his unwavering work ethic and strong sense of integrity. He will always work with his clients’ best interests at heart, even if it means walking away from a deal he feels wouldn’t benefit his clients in the long-run. “I am very honest with my clients and I treat them the way I would expect to be treated,” he explained. Prior to real estate, Jariah worked as a marketing director for a supply distribution company and as a marketing manager for a regional restaurant chain. He and his wife Robin currently reside in the Colorado Springs area with their two daughters.
Jon R. Walker
Grew up in the real estate business and secured his Real Estate license in 1970. Working with his father Jim at Walker and Company Realtors, Jon learned the core basics of putting the client first and always striving to provide the finest service possible. He became head of the company’s property management department in 1974 and went on to earn the designation of certified property manager (CPM) in 1977. Jon then later went on to become the president of the Southern Colorado Chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management and held that position for three years. In addition to being president he was also voted Manager of the Year by his peers on three separate occasions.
Jon founded Walker Asset Management Realty Inc. in 1988 with the idea of being a full service real estate brokerage and property management company. “We have developed a wonderful team over all of these years and by working together and having common interests and goals we have been on the cutting edge of being leaders within our industry.
Due to our family lineage of practicing real estate since 1949 we have been a firm that many others come to seek advice from. We do a damn good job because we care about our clients and never stop being progressive and are always searching for ways to become more effective in our communities and industry.
